Australia-Wide Novice (U100) Pairs 2025
8.5 tables participated in this nation-wide event. Final results are now available.
Congratulations to James Barber & Peter Collings who came 20th with 65.5%. They will receive subscriptions to the online magazine Australian Bridge (Club Edition). There are also spot prizes throughout the results booklet.

Congress 2025

Club Playing Rules and Operating Procedures
After a long process of work, the Committee has agreed a new Playing Rules and Operating Procedures document that describes how the club operates.

Orange 2025
About 20 members went to Orange for the 2025 Central West Festival gold point congress.
Congratulations to Ado Hardy and Derek Tyms and Sandy Carter and Nerida Gillies who came first and second in the Intermediate Swiss Pairs. Michael Green and David Rieser came 2nd in the Novice Swiss Pairs.

Bad language at the table
We sometimes have a problem with bad language at our bridge tables.
We've all experienced times when the gentle hum of social chat is too loud - it's hard to hear our own table's chat, and sometimes we play badly due to distraction.
I am not talking about that problem.
